  • What Methods of Payment Are Accepted?

    We accept Debit Card or Credit Card payments only.
  • What is CVV?

    CVV is the last 3 digits of your Debit Card or Credit Card.
  • Do I have to register an account to purchase?

    Everyone can purchase through Neo Metro websites as a guest. But we do recommend creating an account as it benefits you from a faster and easier checkout process, you can also view your recent orders. In addition to this, you will also be the first to know about our special promotions.
  • How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?

    After placing the order our sales team will try to reach you to arrange the delivery date.
  • Will there be a free delivery outside of the Brunei-Muara area?

    The FREE delivery to Tutong, Temburong and Kuala Belait area is only applicable if you purchase above $1000.
  • Will there be delivery charges for Brunei-Muara area as well?

    Brunei-Muara area would have free delivery with no minimum amount of purchase except for small items.

    This means delivery charges of $10.00 will only apply to the Brunei-Muara area if you purchase small items like Living Room Accessories, Pillows, Poufs, Shaggy Carpets, Table Lamps and etc.

    If you wish to self-collect the items stated above, you can immediately contact any of our branches to set up the date and time of collection, as it will enable us to prepare your item in advance.
  • How much is the delivery charge?

    If you are staying in Tutong, Temburong, and Kuala Belait districts and your purchase is below $1000 then there would be delivery charges of $30.00.
  • How much is required for a deposit upon ordering?

    For online purchasing, we don’t offer installments.
  • What is your return policy?

    You are responsible to inspect and confirm the item upon delivery before signing the Delivery Order (DO) Form. Please do not sign the DO Form and immediately inform our delivery guy on the spot shall the items be damaged or defective as you are allowed to return and exchange the items with new available stock for a period of 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Is there any charge for furniture installation upon delivery?

    There would be no charge as delivery and installation are complimentary services.
  • How do your storage fees work?

    Our storage is free of charge for the first THREE(3) months upon order confirmation and purchase. You are only liable to pay for the storage fee of 2% Per Month of the total purchase from the FOURTH(4th) Month onwards. You can make the storage fees payment by:-

a) Online Transfers (Kindly contact our Sale Team for Account details)

b) Payment via cash in any of our Batu Bersurat or Delima branches nearby you.

  • Is it cheaper for me to shop for furniture online than to visit a brick-and-mortar store?

    Yes, it is way cheaper for you to shop for furniture online because, in a physical store, factors such as rent, electricity, payroll, and fixtures can contribute to the gross margin and overhead of doing business. In addition, shopping for furniture online offers various discounts, coupons, and special deals. Therefore, do check out our website for a special price and promotion from time to time as it can help you to save a lot of money.
