TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Placing an Order

Neo Metro Company & Bellavista Lifestyle Concept Furniture reserve the right to accept or reject the order.

Anyone can access and order items from the Neo Metro website as a guest. Therefore, anyone who purchase through this website should provide accurate details such as Name, Address, Contact number and Active email address when proceeding with their order.

Before placing any order, it is advisable that customers carefully read the description on any of the following items that they wish to purchase such as the available color and size before adding it to the shopping cart and proceeding in making a payment. As the pictures shown on the website and the actual product may vary due to photographic lighting sources. Full payment is required at the time order is entered.

Once the transaction is successful, the customers will immediately receive a notification through email. Within those 24 hours, we will call the customers to double-check the quantity of the items that they have purchased and immediately arrange for delivery based on the available schedule.

2) Cancellation of Order

Customers are allowed to make any alternative to the order confirmed in the conditions of:-
a) The bill value can’t be lower than the total amount of the first order confirmed.
b) Only ONE (1) time alternative is allowed within 5 working days from the first confirmation.

Goods sold upon full payment (i.e. after 5 working days) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, there will be a cancellation fee to the customer who insists to change, return or cancel the sold item after the valid period regardless of the cause.

3) Return Policy

Suppose the items are damaged or defective. The customers can return and exchange it with a new available stock simply by contacting any of our branches.

4) In-home Delivery Items and Delivery Fees

Customers are responsible to inspect and confirm the condition of the items for any obvious faults, items defects or damage before signing the Delivery Order (DO) Form as we are not liable for any complaint or return afterward. Shall the item is in a state of damaged or defective before signing any given documents, customers can either inform our Delivery Guy on the spot or contact us immediately as we will arrange the available schedule to have the items repaired or replaced with new available stock.

Customers are required to notify us as quickly as possible if any changes to the delivery address/date need to occur before proceeding with the delivery. We shall aim to let the customers know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances. 

All goods ordered are subject to the availability of stocks in the warehouse. Delivery time will be advised subsequently if no stock is available.

All goods purchased and ordered cannot be exchanged for newly arrived items or new promotional packages.

The free delivery is only applicable to Brunei-Muara area. Despite that, if the customers who lived in the Brunei-Muara district purchase small accessories (Pillows, Poufs, Shaggy Carpets and Table Lamps) and insist it to be delivered to the stated address then there will be a charge of a $10.00 delivery fee. But the customer will also have the option to self-collect the items upon checking out.

A delivery charge of $30.00 will only apply to Tutong, Kuala Belait and Temburong districts unless the purchase amount is above $1000.00 then the customers are entitled to free delivery.

5) Storage Charges

Storage would be free of charge for the first THREE (3) months upon order confirmation and purchase. The customer shall be liable to pay for the storage fee (i.e. 2% PER MONTH of the total purchase price) from the FOURTH (4th) month onwards, should the goods have not been delivered within the free storage period as stated above regardless of the cause. Storage fee has to be paid on a monthly basis.

All goods purchased and ordered can only be kept in Neo Metro’s warehouse for 6 MONTHS (MAXIMUM).

Note: Neo Metro Company & Bellavista Lifestyle Concept Furniture reserve the right to add and or modify these Terms and Conditions any time, at our sole discretion without any prior notice. Each of these terms may be modified from time to time and are effective immediately.

DELIVERY

The delivery of goods will be arranged once full payment has been received depending on the availability of Neo Metro’s delivery schedule. There will be delivery charges for urgent delivery to Tutong, Kuala Belait & Temburong district.
